Last weekend Wanda and I passed our 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training, in fact I subbed for my first regularly scheduled class last night and had 10 students.
I look forward to incorporating DDP yoga into my daily routine. I feel really good about the support we get after joining and purchasing the system. I just finished the DDP’s book Yoga for Regular Guys. I Am now tracking my food consumption daily and finding it keeps you from taking that bite here or maybe just one more of those and I changed which hand I eat with I am natural lefty so eating with my right hand is an experience.
