Wanda and I have been married since 1979 She has always been the healthy one, exercising and eating things that were good for her. She started eating wheat free long before it was talked about, but living with three men in the house it was hard for her to keep it up. I have always been the one that figured I could eat anything unless it was green.
In August of 2012 Wanda and I decided on a major change in our lifestyle and decided to start practicing yoga on top of our swimming routine. Wanda has been an avid swimmer for most her life, and I have been swimming since May 2006 shortly after I quite smoking. We swim 3 to 4 days a week averaging 2,000 Meters in less than an hour. We enjoy bike riding and kayaking on the weekends.
We are changing all that and hope to share those travels here. Starting in February 2013 we start our Training to become Yoga Instructors with Dragonfly Studios in Fort Walton Beach, Florida and we want to share that with our friends and family.
